A municipal building in Bucks county will soon undergo a renovation project, which professionals believe will last about a year. Jeff Werner wrote about the upcoming project for the Levittown Patch.

Supervisors of Falls Township recently approved for the Falls Township Municipal Building to undergo a much-needed renovation project. Updating of the existing building and integrating functions, improvements to administration, and code enforcement will be just a few things that will be made a priority during the project.

The local supervisors also authorized the use of a $25 million bond, which will be used or professional services related to the municipal building renovation.

Construction documents for the project should be finalized by Oct. 1, with the construction phase expected starting bidding by Jan. 1. Work is expected to begin this February.
