New Hope’s Bucks County Playhouse Announces Show Lineup for 2026

New Hope’s Bucks County Playhouse recently announced its lineup of plays and musicals running through 2026, with plenty of can’t-miss shows.

The Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope recently announced its production lineup for 2026, which also marks the end for Producing Director Alexander Fraser, Executive Producer Robyn Goodman, and Producer Josh Fiedler.

The 2026 season kicks off with the world premiere of “Starstruck” on Feb. 19, directed and choreographed by Lorin Latarro, which will run through March 21.

“Cat on a Hot Tin Roof,” directed by Eric Rosen, will be hitting the stage on April 23 and will be running through May 23.

“Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific,” directed and choreographed by Denis Jones, will be playing from June 18 to July 26.

A production of the hit musical “Rent” will be running later in the season, followed by “Holiday Inn: The New Irving Berlin Musical.”

“In the darkest moments and in the brightest ones, theater brings people together,” said Fraser. “This season is our love letter to the community that has been our artistic home. We are incredibly proud of the work we’ve created here and the audiences who have championed it. We are thrilled that we can welcome back some of our favorite artists to celebrate the Playhouse’s success with us.”

“We wanted our final season to be special,” Fiedler said. “These productions reflect the humor, struggle, imagination and resilience that define the human experience.”
