A recent addition to the Bucks County dining scene, Drift on Mill in Bristol offers a variety of delicious drinks and dishes, including steak, crab cake sandwiches, as well as lobster rolls, reports Bob Kelly for FOX 29 Philadelphia.
And as a fun bonus, you are welcomed by a huge shark at the door: the 942-pound Mako shark caught in 1992 that set the Delaware state record.
“We’re a seafood-based restaurant, we have a nautical theme going on,” said Drift on Mill owner Randy Taylor.
There are plenty of different dishes to choose from on the menu, including many non-seafood items. Even though the eatery has been open for just a few months, there are already several clear favorites among patrons.
“Our hot things are steak dishes,” said Taylor. “We have a very nice steak selection. Also, our crab cake sandwiches are a best seller, and our lobster rolls.”
The drink menu includes highlights such as the Lavender Lemon Drop Martini made with vodka, triple sec, lavender, and lemon, and The Cove, made with rum, coconut rum, passion fruit, pineapple, and blue carousel.
