Solebury Township Police have reported a possible bear sighting in Bucks County, nearly three weeks after a similar sighting in the area, according to Fox 29 Philadelphia.
According to the Monday police report, a large black bear was seen near Aquetong and Upper Mountain roads.
Authorities advise residents to maintain a safe distance from the bear, avoid feeding it, and ensure no food is left outside that might attract it.
In case of an encounter, residents should stay calm, make noise, and slowly back away.
This sighting follows a report on May 1, when a black bear was spotted in Upper Makefield Township near Street Road.
Residents are urged to remain cautious and report any bear sightings to local police.
