A luxury single-family home community is coming to Quakertown, with construction set to begin this spring.  

Toll Brothers Inc. is behind the new community, named Steeple Run, in Richland Township. This project includes 38 two-story single-family homes.  

Buyers can choose between three home designs and meet with consultants about personalizing their homes at the Toll Brothers Design Studio.  

The first phase of construction will include a Sales Center and model home. Sales are slated to begin this summer. The home sizes range between 2,392 to 3,339 square feet.
