A Bucks County businesswoman is on her way to being named one of the top car dealers of the year by a major publication. Jeff Werner wrote about the local businesswoman for the Doylestown Patch.

Beth Beans Gilbert, the president of Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon and vice president of the Fred Beans Automotive Group in Doylestown, was recently nominated for the 2023 TIME Dealer of the Year Award. A member of the well-known Beans family of car dealers, she now oversees a large and successful part of the company.

“Our very own Beth Beans Gilbert is a finalist for TIME Dealer of the Year!” the dealership chain said online.

“She was nominated by members of the ATAE for her exceptional performance as president of Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon and her commitment to community service, both personally and on behalf of the Fred Beans Automotive Group. She’ll head to the NADA Show in January for a presentation and the naming of the winner.”
