With summer just coming to a close, one local township has already begun talks about snow plowing for this upcoming winter. Dino Ciliberti wrote about the talks for the Warminster Patch.
At a recent meeting, supervisors of Warminster Township began discussion about what companies will be involved in the plowing snow for the winter of 2022-23. Morton Salt has already been chosen as the supplier of the much-needed salt for the icy roads.
“I can’t believe we’re talking about snow removal already,” Supervisor Janice Charlton said.
Snow plowing has always been a big deal in Bucks County, as townships and boroughs always make a point to work with eh community to inform them of plow times and what they need to do in the process. Warminster Township is no different; while the plans are being discussed early, having a plan of action in advance might end up being the wise decision.
Supervisors set a due date for interested companies to reach out by Sept. 30.
