The 2021 “Soaring 76” — local companies that the Philadelphia Business Journal reports are booming — includes six firms from Bucks County. PBJ‘s Sharon Oliver reports the list.
The publication assembled its “best-of” field from privately owned and publicly traded companies in the region. It spotlighted businesses that recorded the highest two-year percent change in revenue between 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.
To make the list, companies also had to:
- Be independently owned, without a parent company
- Be a for-profit entity
- Generated at least $750,000 in revenue in 2018 and $2 million in 2020
- Show sustained revenue growth over that period
Bucks County companies that made the list are:
- A-Team Home Care Inc., Feasterville
- CleanSpace LLC, Doylestown
- EPAM Systems Inc., Newtown
- Huntingdon Valley Bank, Doylestown
- Optinose Inc., Yardley
- QNB Corp., Quakertown
Next month, the Philadelphia Business Journal publishes a supplement that ranks all 76 businesses by revenue growth. It is also celebrating these companies at an event.
