Bucks County Home Prices Climb Again as December Median Reaches $492,880

Home sale prices in Bucks continued to rise in December, with the median home selling for $492,880, up from $475,000 the previous month.

That represents a 3.8 percent increase from November and an 8.3 percent rise from December 2024, when the median home sale price was $455,000, according to newly released data from Realtor.com.

Single-family homes reached a median price of $542,000 in December, which is up 5.2 percent from $515,000 the previous month. Year over year, the median value increased 11.8 percent, from $485,000. During the last month of the year, forty single-family homes fetched $1 million or more, compared to 23 in December 2024.

Meanwhile, condominiums and townhomes in the county experienced a 4.6 percent decline in median price in December, falling to $415,000 from $435,000 in November. Year over year, the median value rose 4.5 percent from $397,000. Five units sold for $1 million or more during December, the same as last year.
