Trevose-based Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is celebrating Halloween with a limited-edition flavor, Witches’ Brew-Berry Italian Ice, that will be available until November 2, writes Timothy Alexander for My ChesCo.

The Witches’ Brew-Berry comes in two variations. The Witches’ Brew-Berry Gelati layers creamy Vanilla Frozen Custard and the new Italian Ice flavor, all topped with tangy NERDS candy. Those who prefer blended treats can opt for the Witches’ Brew-Berry Ice Blender, which transforms the same ingredients into a sippable smoothie.

“Halloween is the perfect time to have some innovative fun,” said Madalyn Weintraub, Senior Director of Marketing at Rita’s. “Witches’ Brew-Berry Italian Ice is a sweet, berry-inspired flavor that’s as playful as it is delicious, giving our guests a refreshingly fun way to celebrate the season.”

The company offers over 80 rotating flavors, all made fresh daily in-store, and a wide variety of frozen desserts, such as Gelati, Concretes, Milkshakes and Frozen Coffee.
