New Hope’s River House at Odette’s recently revealed a new immersive experience that blends wine tasting and astrology, titled Astro Vino, writes staff for Travel and Tour World.
The private tasting experience is curated by the restaurant’s in-house sommelier, Amanda Martins, who pairs wines with each guest’s zodiac sign.
Wines are selected based on the individual’s Sun, Moon and Rising signs. Each of the three pours the guest receives reflects the drinker’s desires and personality traits that align with their sign.
After drinks, guests can enjoy a special zodiac-themed dessert to round off the night. The experience runs from now until Nov. 30.
The hotel’s restaurant offers a variety of delicious drinks and dinner options, serving prime steaks, tasty starters and an array of shareable items.
Odette’s also offers ROOF, an exclusive rooftop experience for members to enjoy. Individuals can enjoy prohibition-era-inspired cocktails and light fare while taking in a beautiful view of the Delaware River.
