There are several Bucks County cities that have some of the most expensive homes in the Philadelphia area, according to a list by Stacker. Six Bucks County municipalities were mentioned on the list of 30.
Ranked at 3 on the list was New Hope, with the average home value listed at $918,414. According to data from Zillow, this is a 3.9 percent increase since the year before and a 46.6 percent increase over five years.
Furlong was the next town, listed at 12, with a typical home value of $737,711. This is a 3.4 percent increase from 2024 and a 42.6 percent increase from 2020.
Richboro was ranked at 16 on the list, with an average value of $693,865. Since 2024, the value has risen 4.6 percent and 46.4 percent since 2020.
Next on the list is Churchville, which has an average home value of $683,440. This suburban area, placed at 19, has seen values rise 4.0 percent since last year and 46.6 percent over five years.
Yardley, ranked at 26, has a typical home value of $623,738. This is a 5.7 percent increase from 2024 and a 51.4 percent increase compared to 2020.
The last Bucks County municipality on the list was Chalfont, with an average home value of $601,462. Ranked at 30, the borough’s homes have seen an increase of 2.8 percent over the last year and 45.2 percent over the last five years.
