Each of the five highest home sale prices in Bucks County in 2025 reached more than $4 million, led by a top transaction above $5 million, writes JD Mullane for theBucks County Courier Times.
Although this reflects a cooldown from last year’s peak luxury market, when the highest sale reached $14.5 million, the properties remained highly luxurious, offering crystal chandeliers, private elevators, and other standout amenities.
Leading the list was a French European mansion on Jericho Mountain in Upper Makefield at $5,400,000. The six-bed, seven-bathroom property spans 11 acres and includes 30 crystal chandeliers, along with geothermal heating and cooling throughout the home.
The modern Solebury home with old-world luxury fetched the second-highest price at $4,850,000. Set on 10.5 acres, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence features a floating steel stair tower enclosed in glass, along with two 450-bottle wine cellars.
Lots 2 and 3 on Windy Bush Road in Upper Makefield tied for the third-highest at $4,575,000, even though the home has not yet been designed. Another Upper Makefield estate sold for $4,440,000, with Serenity Farm in Bedminster completing the list at $4,350,000.
