An Upper Makefield mansion offers an abundance of features, and it could be the most expensive recent sale in Bucks County.

The record for Bucks County’s priciest residential sale was set last year with a $6.5 million transaction for a home on Meetinghouse Road in New Hope, rumored to be acquired by actor Bradley Cooper, writes JD Mullane for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Currently, a lavish 19,000-square-foot mansion in Upper Makefield, priced at $6.9 million is in the running for that title. The mansion boasts 30 chandeliers, an indoor pool including geothermal energy for heating, gold-plated fixtures, and extensive use of imported marble throughout, alongside a three-floor elevator.

Highlights of the Eagle Road estate include its construction in 2009 with subsequent upgrades, a unique “butterfly staircase” in the foyer, extensive security features, and luxury finishes.

Additionally, a 133-acre working farm on Pineville Road is also on the market for $6.9 million, though it excludes employee housing in the sale.
