Brian Fitzpatrick Raises $1.22 Million in 2025 First Quarter as He Readies for Midterm Challenge

Brian Fitzpatrick, a moderate Republican representing Bucks County, raised $1.22 million in the first quarter of 2025 as he prepares for a midterm challenge.

Brian Fitzpatrick, a moderate Republican representing Bucks County and a small part of Montgomery County, raised $1.22 million in the first quarter of 2025, likely in preparation to defend his seat against a Democratic challenger in the 2026 midterms, write Fallon Roth and Ryan W. Briggs for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Fitzpatrick, whose seat is being targeted by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in the upcoming race, currently has the largest war chest this quarter among all the members of Pennsylvania’s congressional delegation. According to Federal Election Commission filings, Fitzpatrick had $5.3 million in the bank in addition to the $1.22 million he raised recently.

In 2026, Fitzpatrick, who promotes his record as the “#1 most bipartisan member of Congress,” will run for a sixth term representing purple Bucks County, which Trump narrowly carried in the presidential election.

His challenger will be Democrat Bob Harvie, chair of the Bucks County Commissioners, who announced his candidacy earlier this month.
