Earning the 24th spot on the list out of 25, the suburb stands out for its high-quality education, vibrant community, and excellent housing options. 

With a population of 20,820, Buckingham Township boasts a median home value of $644,300 and a median rental price of $1,475.  

The area is known for its exceptional schools, including Central Bucks High School – East and West, both earning an A+ grade, and Linden Elementary School with an A grade. Prominent private schools such as George School and Solebury School also received top marks. 

Niche awarded Buckingham Township an overall grade of A+, reflecting its strong community and educational resources. The suburb scored particularly well for outdoor activities, with an A grade, and maintained a reasonable cost of living grade of B−. However, the weather received a less favorable grade of C+.
