National Pi Day, (3/14) celebrates the mathematical constant used for measuring a circle’s circumference rounding to 3.14, but it’s also a great reason to explore the best pies in Bucks County, writes Kalena Thomhave for The Keystone.

Pie Bird Farm is a regenerative farm and bakehouse in Bucks County dating back to 1860. The farm is dedicated to having a conservationist and eco-conscious approach to food production.

The pies are made from scratch and include organic ingredients. The pies include an eclectic selection, such as mixed berry crumb, pumpkin caramel, baked brie, and more.

To order a pie, patrons can sign up to get an email when there’s an ordering window. Pickups are frequently at Doylestown Farmers Market.

The farm is not currently open to the public.
