Ottsville-Based Bakery to Open New Location Inside a Doylestown Studio

The farm-bakery will be opening a new location in Doylestown.

A Bucks County farm and bakery is taking their confections to another part of the area with a new location in a popular town.

Pie Bird Farm, a farm and bakery whose main location is at 641 Cafferty Road in Ottsville, is opening a new bakery location in Doylestown Borough. The new location will be inside Coterie Commons, a studio and shop located at 72 North Main Street.

The two businesses will be hosting and open house at the new location on Dec. 17. Here are some of the baked goods and pie flavors that will be on the menu at the new location:

  • Ok Bloomer Baked Local Brie
  • Gingerbread Cheesecake
  • Blueberry, Persimmon and Thyme Lattice
  • Pie Crust Cookies
  • Chocolate x2 with Peppermint-Whipped
  • Apple Caramel Crumb
  • New Jersey Citrus
  • Herby Quiche

“We use 100% grass fed organic butter, organic flours and other ingredients and local fruits to make our rustic pies a comfort food delight and a celebration of small farmers and makers,” the farm-bakery said on their official website.
