Richboro trailed ahead, ranking in at no. 15 on the list with a typical home value of $624,743. Furlong was the 12th most expensive town on this list with a typical home value of $656,571.
New Hope ranked as the town with the third most expensive home prices in the Philadelphia area, and the most expensive in Bucks County overall, with a typical home value of $817,977.
