These Bucks County Towns Have the Most Expensive Homes in Pennsylvania

Purchasing a home can be a lofty investment, and many Bucks County towns have the most expensive home prices in Pennsylvania, according to a report from Stacker.  

New Hope took the top spot out of all Bucks County towns, as the fourth most expensive in Pennsylvania. A typical home value in the iconic town is $826,691. The town saw a jump of 3.9 percent over the past year in home values.  

Furlong ranked number 11 on the list, with a typical home value of $664,345. Richboro came in right behind at number 12, with a typical home value of $629,354.  

Other Bucks County towns that made the list of most expensive homes in Pennsylvania were:  

  • 18. Churchville, Typical home value: $607,991 
  • 25. Yardley, Typical home value: $548,076 
  • 29. Ivyland, Typical home value: $529,991 
  • 30. Langhorne, Typical home value: $521,430
