Pennsylvania houses don’t come without a price tag, and according to Stacker, there are quite a few towns to find the most expensive Bucks County homes.  

The list used data from Zillow and ranked Pennsylvania cities by the Zillow Home Values Index.  

Langhorne holds the 29th position, featuring homes averaging $525,701. Not far ahead, Ivyland and Chalfont clinch the 28th and 27th spots, with typical home values of $534,890 and $540,991, respectively. 

Yardley is positioned at no. 23 with homes typically priced around $551,432. Making a significant leap, Churchville sits comfortably at no. 17, boasting average home values of $610,918. 

Richboro claims the 11th spot for having the most expensive Bucks County homes, with homes priced at an average of $631,618. Furlong follows closely at no. 10, with homes typically valued at $669,339. 

Topping the charts is the iconic town of New Hope, shining at no. 3. Homes have a typical value of $824,849.
