Anzu, Landmark Hospitality’s new Asian fusion dining concept, is nearly ready to open its doors at The Mansion Inn in downtown New Hope, writes Michele Haddon for the Bucks County Courier Times.

The new restaurant will feature a menu inspired by the culinary traditions of South and Southeast Asian countries, including Japan, China, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India.

“We are looking to pay homage to some amazing cultures with tasteful, local-inspired interpretations of traditional dishes and really having fun while doing it,” said Anthony Bucco, senior vice president of culinary for Landmark.

Landmark purchased The Mansion Inn five years ago with plans to revive the 1865 Victorian manor home. Phase one of construction, which includes Anzu and the inn’s existing eight guest rooms, is around 85 percent completed.

The expected opening date is in mid- to late-spring.

The second phase of construction will continue into the end of fall or early winter and will include an addition off the rear of the building that will include 30 more guest rooms and a spa.

The eatery will feature indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, and an open kitchen.
