Penndel's historic 6.15-acre formerly housing the Perma-Bilt Furniture store is on the market for $6 million.

Penndel’s historic 6.15-acre formerly housing the Perma-Bilt Furniture store is on the market, write Daniele Camilli and Peg Quann for the Bucks County Courier Times.

The $6 million property is listed as a commercial opportunity but is still zoned as an industrial site. It is located right off the main drag of Lincoln Highway on Hulmeville Road, near the SEPTA commuter line.

There are multiple divided buildings within the property, which can serve various purposes. The 100,000-square-foot property dating back to 1916 features multiple structures, including a three-story building and two additional buildings.

The ideal buyer would be someone who wants to revitalize the property and attract jobs to the region.
