Get into the holiday “spirits” at the inaugural Newtown Holiday Cocktail Trail on Nov. 18 from 12 – 5 PM. 

During this event, ticketholders will enjoy sample-size holiday cocktails at more than a dozen Newtown Borough shops, where they can find the perfect gifts for everyone on their holiday shopping list. 

The trail will begin at the Temperance House, where ticketholders will pick up their glasses and a trail “passport.” The passport will list each stop on the trail and any promotions the shops are offering that day. Passports will also highlight Borough restaurants, which participants are encouraged to patronize while traversing the trail. 

Opus Elite Real Estate is the presenting sponsor of this event and all proceeds will support phase II renovations at the Newtown Theatre.

“We hope the Holiday Cocktail Trail will become a Newtown tradition, serving not only as a theatre fundraiser but also encouraging people to shop and eat locally,” said Andrew Smith, executive director of the Newtown Theatre. “All money raised from this event will support the renovation of the theatre’s balcony and restrooms, scheduled for summer 2024.”
