A museum in Doylestown will be hosting one of its many annual events for those looking for a night of drinks and entertainment.

The Mercer Museum, located at 84 South Pine Street, will be hosting “Cocktails at the Castle” on Oct. 14 from 6 – 10 PM. The annual gathering is held as a fundraiser that benefits the museum’s year-round education, exhibition, and various community initiatives.

“Cocktails at the Castle is a highlight of the Bucks County social calendar, and features a dizzying array of culinary samplings from area restaurants, caterers, and bakeries, as well as crafted cocktails, live music and dancing, and the legendary dessert lounge under the grand tent of the Mercer Museum.”

Some of this year’s culinary sponsors for the event include Chambers 19 Bistro & Bar, Cross Culture Indian Restaurant, Doan Distillery, Le Macaron French Pastries, Sky Roast Coffee, and many more local food and drink establishments.

Less than a month ago, the Fonthill Castle Beer Festival was held on Aug. 26 at the namesake castle, located at 525 East Court Street.
