Apple picking is one of the most fun parts of fall, and you can enjoy it to the fullest at one of these gorgeous Bucks County orchards that are among the 16 best in the region, write Laura Brzyski and Bailey King for the Philadelphia Magazine.

Shady Brook Farm in Yardley is a 100-plus-year-old farm where you can pick your own apples on Wednesdays or Thursdays. For weekends, you will have to buy a FallFest ticket, which also includes a five-acre corn maze, the haunted barn, and much more.

The picturesque Solebury Orchards in New Hope diligently updates its website with harvest times. You can also find a list of all the apple varieties on the site.

The family-run Solly Brother’s Farm in Warminster will be hosting pick-your-own apples from late September.

Styer Orchard in Langhorne offers both apples and other fruits, as well as an on-site deli, bakery, and market.

Finally, Tabora Farms and Rustic Valley Orchard, which are located less than half a mile apart in Chalfont, work in partnership for pick-your-own apples season at both locations.
