The two goats were seen in a local backyard and were later found nearby.

Authorities in Bucks County have found two rogue goats that were seen in a local backyard, and now they are looking for the owners.

The duo was seen in the yard of a Doylestown family on Sunday afternoon. The owner was able to capture the two and they were later taken by members of the Doylestown Township Police Department.

“If you know the owners please have them call police at 215-348-4200 so we can get the goats back home,” the police department said on their official CrimeWatch page.

For many around the area, the sightings of the goats is a pleasant change from more recent animal sightings.

Late last month, authorities alerted Doylestown residents of a black bear seen in the area of Edison-Furlong Road near Woodcrest Lane. Weeks before this, another was seen in the area of Upper Makefield Township, and another in the area of Fairless Hills. The initial report came from D.A.’s Auto Body & Repair, located at 200 Elmwood Avenue, who took a picture of the large animal making its way down a local road.
