Four Companies That Are Embracing Permanent Remote Work

Plenty of people have grown comfortable with working from home, but some companies are asking their employees to come back to the office. Some return-to-work practices are now becoming the epicenter of controversy. However, there are some companies that are embracing permanent remote work. Here are some that are hiring, according to FlexJobs.  

AllState 

This popular insurance company has 75 percent of its employees working fully remote. 24 percent of its workers are also hybrid. Current job openings include Field Adjusters, and a Knowledge Management Manager.  

Ancestry.com 

This genealogy website allows users to research their family history. Every employee has the option to work fully remote. Current job openings include Staff Product Manager and Genealogist Researcher. 

Spotify  

Spotify is a widely popular music and podcast streaming service. The platform allows employees to choose between working from home, a Spotify office or at a coworking space.  

TaskRabbit 

This platform connects people of certain professions or skills to help clients with chores, errands, and more. While contractors are on-site workers, employees work remotely.
