The center helps anyone of any age learn the joys of skiing and snowboarding.

Andrey Yunusov, a father of five who hails from Uzbekistan, opened an indoor ski and snowboard school 4SeasonAlpine in Doylestown in October last year, writes Matteo Iadonisi for 6abc.

Yunusov often visited Chimgan, a popular ski resort in his country, and has beautiful memories from the time he spent on skis.

“I was a kid who was put on skis,” he said.

When he came to the United States, he brought his love of skiing with him. All of his children learned how to ski at an early age, and he was hoping to find a way to help other kids learn as well.

“Three and a half years ago roughly, I became aware about this great technology from SkyTechSport company for Olympic-caliber skiers and snowboarders to train offseason,” he said.

He realized he could use that technology for teaching and soon opened his ski and snowboard business. The ski and snowboard simulators have been adopted by the community kids with joy.

“I like video games,” said 10-year-old student Rory Czapla. “It’s kind of like I’m the video game character.”
