A bookstore in Bucks County will be kicking off the summer with an interactive and fun literary event for all.

Farley’s Bookshop, located at 44 South Main Street in New Hope, will be hosting their own “Summer Solstice Storytime” at the store on June 21 at 3:30 PM.

After changing hands back in October, the bookstore temporarily closed to renovate their decades-old space a few months later. They reopened with a brand new look back in May, opening the right-half of the property while the left will be used for another business.

The book store is one of the most popular shops in the riverside town. In operation since 1967, the store has been offering literary essentials to locals and visitors for almost six decades.

“Whether you are Bucks County born-and-bred or just stopping by to enjoy the crisp river air and delightful scenery, you will be pleasantly surprised to find the largest and most diverse collection of books-in-print in Bucks County,” the bookstore said online.
