The longstanding store has beeb undergoing renovations.

One of the most popular bookshops in Bucks County has given a hint for when they may be reopening their doors to the public.

Farley’s Bookshop, located at 44 South Main Street in New Hope, has been closed since the beginning of the year so the shop can undergo repairs and restorations. Recently, a sign was added to the window of the store, giving customers an idea of what their future plans hold.

“It’s Time for a New Beginning,” the sign read. “It won’t be long now friends. We’ll see you right here, really soon!”

To compensate for the lack of a physical store, the owners have been operating out of a mobile bookstore, which they have set up in various spots in and around the county.

The bookshop has been one of the most popular shops in the riverside town. In operation since 1967, the store has been offering literary essentials to locals and visitors for almost six decades.
