A famous singer recently performed on national television before he makes his way to Bucks County for a memorable performance. Bo Koltnow wrote about the singer for WFMZ 69 News.

Chris Pinnella, a world-class musician and the former lead singer for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, recently stopped by the 69 News studio to show off his singing prowess ahead of his New Hope concert.

Pinnella, who currently leads his own band, will perform at the New Hope Winery on Friday. His concert is titled “Chris Pinnella: Sinatra, The Main Event.”

On Tuesday morning, he performed Sinatra’s hit Lady Is a Tramp before he shared a little about his musical experience and journey.

Pinnella joined the Trans-Siberian Orchestra about a decade ago.

Today, Pinnella tours with his own band. The New Hope concert will be a recreation of Frank Sinatra’s 1974 performance at Madison Square Garden.

The entire set will be performed “in order that it was done,” said Pinnella. “We also have video footage from that night of Sinatra that we weave into the show.”

Watch the entire segment at WFMZ 69 News.
