Quinoa, whose main restaurant is located at 54 East State Street in Doylestown, offers a variety of unique South American dishes for those looking for something new and exciting.

The restaurant has become known for its traditional Peruvian dish known as ceviche, a blend of fish, fish broth, and fresh vegetables.

“Quinoa offers a fresh burst of savory meats, fresh seafood, and a rainbow of Peruvian & Mexican peppers with a variety of starches and vegetables to complement each pairing,” the restaurant said on their official website.
