A Bucks County business owner and important figure in local real estate is being recognized for his impact on the area. Ruth Gnirk wrote about the real estate business owner for Bucks County Real Producers.

Mark Gatta, the co-owner of Opus Elite Real Estate in Newtown, was recently featured as the magazine’s Top Producer for the month of December. Through his real estate agency, Gatta has helped local residents find the home they need while also giving back to his community.

Opus Elite utilizes some business practices that, while not commonplace throughout the industry, makes life easier for clients. The agency does not charge their agents extra fees for the use of their technologies and other resources at their disposal.
