President of Fairless Hills-Based Nonprofit to Give Keynote Speech for Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce

The president of a major nonprofit in Bucks County will be giving a keynote speech for an important local organization.

Marissa Christie, the President and CEO of United Way of Bucks County, will be giving the speech at an event being held by the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Titled “Give Your Company the Nonprofit Advantage”, Christie will be a presenter at the event, showcasing how local nonprofits can be a model for local businesses.

“What if doing just one thing could reduce turnover by 57%, make your open positions more attractive to 80% of job seekers, and strengthen employee bonds across departments and generations?” the event page said. “And what if doing that one thing cost you almost nothing?”

The event will be held on Nov. 10 from 7:30 – 9:30 AM at Pennsbury Manor, located at 400 Pennsbury Memorial Road in Morrisville.
