As of right now, the new distribution center is not happening in Bucks County.

Supervisors from a Bucks County township are working to ensure that township vehicles and equipment are stored safely for an upcoming project.

In advance of the municipal building renovation project, Falls Township vehicles and equipment will be stored on a township-owned parcel on Lincoln Circle in an attempt to thwart theft or damage of the items and property.

In their latest meeting, the Falls Township Board of Supervisors granted preliminary and final land development approval for Waste Management to construct two 20,000-square-foot renewable natural gas plants on a portion of the company’s 47-acre Fairless Landfill complex in Falls. If successful, this could lead to the opening of an operational facility by 2024.

Members of the board for Falls Township also recently granted preliminary and final land development approval to NorthPoint to construct a 115,200-square-foot storage facility for Morton Salt at 10 Solar Drive in Morrisville.
