Chester County is home to six towns among 50 with the fastest-growing home prices in Pennsylvania, according to a new report from Stacker.
To compile the list, Stacker used data from Zillow. Places are ranked based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of February 2026.
Wayne ranks fourth for the fastest growing home prices in the state, with a median home value of $911,783. This reflects a 8.7 percent increase over one year.
Right after is Devon at No. 5 with a median home value of $958,607, a 7.1 percent increase over one year and and a 45.9 percent rise over five years.
Next, Berwyn is No. 6 with a typical home value of $927,796. The one-year value increase is 6.1 percent and 42.5 percent over five years.
Glenmoore is at No. 17 with a median home value of $653,447. Malvern comes in at No. 28 with a median home value of $772,155.
Lastly, Chadds Ford lands at No. 46 out of 50 towns with a typical home value at $694,512.
