Florida-based commercial law firm Becker has entered the Pennsylvania market with its new Doylestown office, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

Attorneys Stefan Richter and Josephine Lee Wolf, both with deep ties to Bucks County and the Philadelphia region, have joined as shareholders at the firm, which focuses on condo, cooperative, and HOA clients.

“We extend a warm Becker welcome to Stefan and Josephine,” said Gary Rosen, managing shareholder and CEO at Becker. “Their Bucks County and Philadelphia area roots and extensive community association law and litigation experience will be of great value to the firm and our clients.”

Most recently, Richter and Lee Wolf were shareholders at Clemons Richter & Reiss, P.C. in Doylestown.

Richter’s practice centers on community association law, with work spanning assessment collections, document interpretation and amendments, covenant enforcement, transition matters, and litigation. Lee Wolf concentrates on community and condominium association law, covering collections, document interpretation and amendments, covenant enforcement, transition issues, and related litigation.

According to Becker, the new Pennsylvania location underscores its growth and enhances its reach across several jurisdictions. The firm operates offices throughout the East Coast as well as in Italy.
