Eastburn & Gray, the largest law firm in Bucks County, has acquired The McShea Law Firm, a Philadelphia litigation boutique, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The deal, which was finalized on August 1 and announced earlier this week, brings four new lawyers to Eastburn & Gray, who will work out of the firm’s Doylestown and Blue Bell offices. The new additions include John P. McShea III, Ralph J. Kelly, Conrad O. Kattner and Donna Brennan-Scott.
The Bucks County firm now has 39 lawyers across its three locations: headquarters in Doylestown and offices in Blue Bell and Bethlehem.
Eastburn & Gray CEO Grace Deon said that the McShea team “brings tremendous depth to our litigation bench.”
Founded in 1998, The McShea Law Firm focuses on commercial and mass tort disputes. Its clients include businesses, individuals and other law firms, with matters covering commercial litigation, employment, construction law, toxic torts, mass torts, professional negligence and class action lawsuits.
The firm had offices at 1500 Market Street in Philadelphia, which will not be part of Eastburn & Gray.
