Twenty-four local high school seniors gathered in Warminster for the Greater Philadelphia Auto Technology Competition, hoping to win big prizes, according to a staff report from 6abc.
The event, organized by the Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia, started on Friday.
Students rotate through ten workstations designed to test their automotive knowledge and hands-on abilities. After completing the stations, they must perform a detailed multi-point inspection of a new vehicle.
The winner will take home more than $275,000 in scholarships and prizes.
