Mid Penn Bank has named Jordan Space the Chief Revenue Officer of MPB Financial. Space will continue to serve as President of Mid Penn Private Bank and report directly to Mid Penn President and CEO Rory Ritrievi.
In his new role, Space will oversee revenue generation and growth initiatives across MPB Financial, the nonbank subsidiary of Mid Penn Bank. His responsibilities include the day-to-day oversight and management of Mid Penn’s insurance division and registered investment advisory firm Cumberland Advisors, as well as Mid Penn Private Bank, including the trust and wealth management group.
Space joined the bank in 2022 as Chief Corporate Development Officer and was responsible for the establishment of Mid Penn Private Bank. Since that time, he has held other executive leadership positions, including serving as COO, where he oversaw loan and deposit operations groups, as well as the credit and credit administration functions. Prior to joining the bank, Space was Market President for the Eastern Pennsylvania Region at S&T Bank and Chief Lending Officer at Integrity Bank.
“Jordan has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to connect strategy with execution,” Ritrievi said. “His leadership, business acumen, and understanding of our organization position him well to lead MPB Financial’s revenue strategy and operational excellence for years to come.”
Space, a Lancaster resident, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. He is actively engaged in his local community and serves on the Board of Trustees for Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, as well as the Strategic Planning Committee and Governance Committee. In 2021, he was recognized as one of Central Penn Business Journal’s Power 30 in Banking and Finance.
