Aristaeus Craft Brewing in Langhorne, owned by Harry Arnold, has been voted the best brewery in Bucks County for several years and is aiming to win the title again, reports Jenn Frederick for FOX 29 News.
The popular brewery won the title in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Voting for this year opened on January 20, and Arnold is hoping people will vote for Aristaeus again.
Arnold emphasized that the most important ingredient behind the brewery’s success is the water that it gets from its well.
“It’s the number one ingredient in all of our beers, and the water here is very special,” he said.
The tap list includes Mørketid, a Norwegian spiced Christmas ale with 9.4 percent ABV that has a dark malt-forward base and a warming blend of juniper berries, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and sweet woodruff.
“Good friend of mine from Norway, we collaborated on a recipe,” said Arnold.
Another stand-out offering is Yia-Yia, a hazy pale ale designed and brewed by Aristaeus’ brewer Brandon, with five percent ABV, abundant citrus, oats, and a balanced bitterness.
