Flourish Cafe, located in Holland and Newtown, recently refreshed its menu with tasty new options, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.  

“We’ve freshened things up and added some tasty new dishes we know you’ll love, plus we kept the classics you always come back for,” said the owners in a Facebook post. 

There are a variety of breakfast options, drinks and entrees to choose from. 

Customers can try the Italian Frittata with fresh cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and sautéed spinach with a warm roll on the side.  

Other options include the Chèvre Omelette, Shakshuka, Garden Skillet, Eggs Bennie and Eggs Florentine. 

There’s no shortage of delicious crêpes, pancakes, French toast and waffles to enjoy. The Lemon Ricotta Dream and S’mores pancakes are delicious options, along with the Brioche à la Mascarpone & Strawberry French Toast.  

The Syrniki golden pancakes at Flourish offer a taste of Eastern Europe with a few different versions to choose from.   

Those looking for something different can check out the Lamb Chops or the Kyiv Style Cutlet, along with their Tagliatelle Pasta, Pasta “Limoncello” and Creamy Chicken Pasta.   

There are a number of delicious beverages to choose from, and customers can round out their meal with a creamy milkshake for dessert.
