Three Chester County Companies Among Largest Family-Owned Businesses in Region 

Three Chester County companies were on the list of the 56 largest family-owned businesses in Greater Philadelphia.

Three Chester County companies were included on the list of 56 largest family-owned businesses in Greater Philadelphia, writes Todd Romero for the Philadelphia Business Journal

A. Duie Pyle ranked the highest at sixth place. The West Chester-based company has been in the same family for four generations. It was founded in 1924, and now operates ten local offices with $842 million in 2024 revenue. A. Duie Pyle is led by Peter Latta and has 1,144 employees. 

The Judge Group follows closely in seventh place. Headquartered in Wayne, the company has 660 employees and four local offices. It was founded in 1970 and has been run by the same family for two generations. The Judge Group is led by Martin E. Judge III and Brian T. Anderson. 

Malvern-based Brock & Company rounds out the list at No. 22. Founded in 1927, the company has remained in the same family for three generations, and now has 132 employees and 23 local offices. The company is currently led by Andrew Brock
