The store brings thrifting to an industrial scale, offering customers a wonderland of second-hand possibilities that stretches as far as the eye can see. Upon entering, you are greeted by aisles that seem to extend indefinitely, with enough merchandise to equip a small village.
Unlike the dim illumination of many smaller thrift stores, the lighting at 2nd Ave Thrift Superstore is bright and welcoming. The floor plan is well arranged into separate sections that are reminiscent of major retailers, with the clothing divided by gender, size, style and season.
Sofas, tables, chairs, cabinets and more fill the furniture section, all carefully arranged for easy browsing. Older wooden pieces are combined with modern items to suit every taste and budget.
The store boasts an especially impressive book section, resembling a well-organized library, with the shelves labeled by genre.
The store also features sections for electronics, housewares, tools and materials, as well as a wide variety of other goods.
