Work Begins on Toll Brothers’ Royersford Development Featuring 30 Homes Starting at $1 Million

Fort Washington's Toll Brothers began work on its Royersford development, which will feature family homes starting at $1 million.

Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has begun site work on its Royersford development, which will feature 30 single-family homes that will start at $1 million, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The luxury homebuilder purchased the 23-acre site at 183 Kline Road for $5.1 million in November. It sits just south of The Court at Upper Providence, a major shopping center anchored by Target and Giant.

Named Canterbury Meadows, the development will have floor plans ranging from 3,029 square feet to 3,677 square feet.

The two-story homes will offer four to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms. Each will include a two-car side-entry garage and a full basement, with most backing up to open space.

Home sales are projected to start this fall.

“With large, open floor plans and unrivaled personalization options through the Toll Brothers Design Studio experience, this community will set a new standard for luxury living in Montgomery County,” said Toll Brothers Pennsylvania Division President John Dean.

In addition to offering customization options, the development will include quick move-in homes once it opens.
