Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers recently opened a new active-adult collection of carriage-style townhomes at its 55+ community Preserve at Marsh Creek in Downingtown

The community offers 105 home sites, all with amazing views. There are eight different home designs to choose from, ranging from 2,180 to 2,351+ square feet. Each design comes with a first-floor primary bedroom suite.

The master-planned community boasts an exclusive clubhouse along with resort-style amenities, such as an outdoor pool, fitness center and yoga room, as well as recreational courts. There are also several walking trails throughout the community.

“As the leading luxury home builder for active adults, we are excited to extend more home choices for 55+ residents looking for an active lifestyle and low-maintenance living,” said John Dean, Division President of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania and Delaware

“The new carriage-style floor plans are an exquisite mix of form and function with first-floor primary bedrooms, flexible living spaces, open lofts, and areas for storage.”

All the homes have several customization options that include being able to choose the type of floor, kitchen cabinetry and counters, interior moldings, and designer lighting. Buyers can also opt to have security and home automation.
