Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has unveiled plans to build its first Regency 55+ active-adult community in the Pacific Northwest, Regency at Ten Trails.

The nation’s leading builder of luxury homes will open the community of 403 single-level homes set in South King County in Washington state for pre-sales in February.

Regency at Ten Trails will feature four collections of homes with 14 new single-story home designs.

These will range from around 1,300 to 2,200 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two-car or three-car garages. All of the designs include covered patios.

Pricing will start in the low $700,000s.

The community will also have a plethora of first-class amenities, including an expansive resort-inspired clubhouse and fitness center. Meanwhile, a dedicated onsite lifestyle director will ensure there are programs and activities available throughout the entire year.

“For years we have been building exceptional homes and communities that cater to the needs and active lifestyles of 55+ homebuyers in states across the country,” said Kelley Moldstad, Group President of Toll Brothers in Washington state. “We are thrilled to bring Regency to Washington, and specifically to the Greater Puget Sound area.”
