Median Home Sale Prices in Bucks County Continue to Climb

Realtor data from March shows that Bucks County buyers and sellers experienced higher median home sale prices for the month when compared to February.

March Realtor data shows that Bucks County buyers and sellers experienced higher median home sale prices than in the previous month, which was $440,000, writes Ozge Terzioglu for the Bucks County Courier Times.

In March, the median home price in Bucks County reached $474,400, a 7.8 percent increase from February. Compared to last year, the median price went up 4.3 percent from $455,000.

For single-family homes only, the median selling price in Bucks County was $500,000 in March, a 4.2 percent increase from $480,000 in February.

Year-over-year, the median single-family sale price increased by 3.1 percent, up from $484,900. In March, 31 homes sold for $1 million or more, compared to 22 during the same month last year.

The median selling price for condominiums and townhomes also rose 13.4 percent in March, increasing from $380,000 in February to $431,000.

Year-over-year, prices increased 4.6 percent from $412,000. There were six sales of $1 million or more during the month, compared to the four sales that were completed a year ago.

In March, recorded sales decreased by one compared to March 2024, bringing the total to 390.
