Due to a limited housing supply, property prices are skyrocketing nationwide, including in these Bucks County towns, which have the fastest-growing home prices in Pennsylvania, according to a report from Stacker.
The report was based on a compilation of towns in Pennsylvania using data from the Zillow Home Values Index for 12 months ending in November 2023.
Richboro ranked number 25 with a typical home value of $623,400 and a 1-year price change of a 5.6 percent increase.
New Hope ranked number 21 with a typical home value of $813,613 and a 1-year price change of a 4.5 percent increase.
Churchville had the fastest-growing home prices on the list out of all the Bucks County towns.
